The services will include the provision of laboratory services through the use of couriers for the pick up of specimens. All laboratory results will be transmitted to the institution within 24 hours after pick up of the specimen. Laboratory services include but are not limited to analysis and interpretation of specimens submitted. The anticipated period of performance will be as follows: one base year to begin upon date of award through 12 months with four subsequent one year option periods.
