TOTAL PACKAGE FIELDING CONTRACT EXTENSION The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command will be negotiating with Dimensions International, Inc. on a sole source basis for this effort. This action is to extend the period of performance beyond the five-year regulatory limit to provide for an additional nine-month period of performance under contract DAAE07-92-C-R072. This will allow the contractor to (a) complete the tasks currently being performed on the contract and (b) allow time to transition records and information to the follow-on contractor. The follow-on solicitation will be a competitive 8(a) and notice of release will be published in a subsequent CBD notice.
