PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE FOR SOLICITATION SP0600-97-R-9003, ALASKA PC&S A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 15, 1998,at 9:00 a.m. to discuss the Alaska Cool Barge" fuel resupply which takes place annually between March and September and which has now been transferred to the Alaska Posts, Camps & Stations (PC&S)Direct Delivery program. This meeting will provide guidance concerning how the 1999 solicitation will be issued. Differences between the two progams will be highlighted. Attendance at this meeting is not required to submit an offer when the "Alaska PC&S" solicitation is issued.
