Y- Replace 95 Military Family Housing units at Vandenberg AFB, California, to include all site work and demolition of 95 existing MFH units. Project also includes an option to demolish an additional not to exceed 41 housing units, and various options for improvements and upgrades which may be exercised upon availability of funds. The magnitude for this project, including options is over $10 million. Price Performance Tradeoff procedures will be utilized for this procurement and proposals will be solicited on a firm-fixed price lump sum basis. This requirement will be unrestricted. Performance and payment bonds will be required. Standard Industrial Code assigned to the acquisition is 1521 and annual size standard is $17M. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held at Vandenberg AFB approximately 14 days after the release of the RFP. The RFP package will be available on the Internet only. There will be no hard copies of this solicitation issued. All proposals and other normal documents required for the proposal submittal, including amendments to the proposal submittal, shall be in paper medium.
