NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Three (3) each Licel Transient Recorder Modules, 12 bit-20 mhza/D and 250 MHz photon counting, signal length 819.2 microsecond, Model TR20-160; One (1) each Rack and Power Supply for up to 5 transient recorders, configured for 19-inch rack mounting, Model RACK-5; One (1) each three meter cable between rack and computer interface card, Model CAB-3; One (1) each Acquisitions Software; and One (1) each Opto-couplter interface, model OPTP-IF. This equipment must be capable of simultaneously recording in analog and digital modes with a single detector, and then combining these into one output signal. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12.
