There is no closing date for which offers must be submitted. This Federal Supply Schedule will no longer have a prescribed beginning and ending date. Contract awarded will have variable contract periods. The contract performance period will commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years from that date unless cancelled, terminated or extended pursuant to any option provisions in the contract. All contracts under this Multiple Award Schedule solicitation will include an option to extend the term of the contract. Th option clause may be exercise more than once, but the total extension of the schedule period shall not exceed five years. The Government will award contracts for identical brand name items when offers are determined to be fair and reasonable. Economic price adjustments are allowed after contract award in conjuntion with company's commercial practices. This solicitation contains a Special Item Number (SIN) for introduction of new products.
