The technology pertains to the fabrication of silicon thin film transistors on inexpensive, low-temperature plastic substrates which could substantially reduce the cost of flat panel displays. License terms are expected to include, but may not be limited to, a license issue fee, minimum annual royalties, and running royalties based on sales. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT.
