Performance will be spllit over the following dates: (1) 7 Dec through 24 Dec 1998, (2) 12 Jan through 21 Feb 1999, (3) 15 Mar through 11 April 1999. Work items for (1) will include; underwater hull inspection by diver, electric meter calibration, deck seal and repair, door renewal and ships service diesel generator balancing. (2) will include; shaft seal inspection, main motor pedestal bearing inspection, cargo hoist level 2 inspection, padeye pull test and engineroom vent fan overhaul. (3) will include; oily water separator upgrade, main propulsion generator pedestal bearing upgrade, fresh water tank cleaning and inspection, port light repairs and reverse osmosis installation. On 6 Oct 1998, an Invitation for Bid (IFB), will be issued in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
