Jiron, Contract Specialist, 307-773-3321 Sources are being sought for Base Communications Operations and Management of Government owned facilities at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. Operation of Base Communications consists of performing tasks to include operation of the Plans and Implementation Flight, Systems Flight, Information Systems Flight, and the Support Flight. The Plans and Implementation Flight is responsible for command, control, communications, computer, and information management systems planning and implementation management. In addition, the flight participates in activities related to base level support planning for C4 systems and personnel project implementation management, budgeting, and financial management, plans, contracts, and agreements management. The Systems Flight provides maintenance and repair of C4I equipment in support of the 90th Space Wing. In addition, this flight meets all current and future base communications infrastructure needs, including television and intrusion detection systems, base cable, telephones, public address, cellular phones, pagers, and land mobile radios. The Information Systems Flight is responsible for providing base support including C4 systems security, COMSEC, network management and control, information distribution, and records management. The Support Flight is responsible for providing high quality digital graphic, digital photography, multi-media services video production, high-speed copier duplicating service, and publications and forms. Services shall be provided for F.E. Warren AFB including tenants and other off-base activities requiring support. Sources interested are requested to submit their request no later than 2 Nov 98. Sources shall include in their requests, a point of contact with phone and e-mail information, business size status, and information pertaining to their experience in providing services either the same or similar to those identified in this notice. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and OMB Circular A-76 as a costcomparison study.
