This is combined synopsis/solicitation for comercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) -- 98CL006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisision Circular 97.5. This is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 1796 and the small business size stanard is $18M. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a competetive basis, a non-personal service to include all parts, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to install vehicle lifts and a drive-on scissor lift.
