The General Services Administration/FSS is soliciting for companies to provide full service production for large-scale trade shows exhibit projects. Show dates are: FOSE 1999 in Washington, DC scheduled for March 16 -- 18, 1999 (50' X 80') exhibit, which can be reconfigured for the GSA/FSS National Products & Services Expo in San Antonio, TX scheduled for March 31 -- April 1, 1999 (40' X 60') exhibit and can be reconfigured for FED Facilities 1999 Expo in Washington, DC scheduled for May 4 & 5, 1999 (20' X 30') exhibit. There are two (2) Options: First Option is for additional shows, if required, that can be reconfigured to (20' X 20') exhibit. Second Option is for pre-show marketing. Pricing will be for LEASE ONLY. This procurement is 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation is scheduled to issue on or about September 23, 1998, and the closing date is on or about October 13, 1998. THE CONTRACT PERIOD: NOVEMBER 1, 1998 OR DATE OF AWARD (WHICHEVER IS LATER) THROUGH 12 MONTHS WITH FOUR ONE-YEAR OPTIONS. Work required includes all aspects of services associated with a full service exhibition production provider, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, Designing a display exhibit suitable to GSA/FSS needs that can be reconfigured for other shows as stated above; Designing and fabricating the booth exhibit structure; Graphic design work; Providing audiovisual/information technology equipment and providing full support and implementation of this equipment within design; Carpeting and padding; Preview set-up and dismantle; Show site set-up and dismantle; Pack, preparation, clean, and repair properties as necessary between shows; Shipping properties to and from each show; Handling the collection of payments from GSA/FSS in the exhibit; and Providing a project manager.
