ELECTRICAL SUPPLY +28VDC. 1.0 AMPS (MAXIMUM), SIGNAL INPUT 8 TO 400HZ,
ENVIRONMENTAL TEMPUTURE -65 F TO 160 F, OPERATING -80 F.
FORM/FIT/FUNCHTION: The spin-up detector is a solid state control
module housed in a metal case designed especialy for the unit. The unit
receives three seperate types of signal input. The spin-up detector is
composed of two identical detectors sub- assemblies, each of which
contains two signal input channels. This unit provides a output signal,
monitored by external system equipment, which must be present for
ground spoiler deployment and thrust reverser actuation. PREDOMINANT
MATERIAL: Aluminum alloy housing consisting of relays, circuit cards
and other associated hard- ware. T.O.: 4AA1-5-2. THIS ACQUISITION IS A
1 YEAR REQUIRE- MENT CONTRACT WITH A BEQ OF 7. All potential offerors

acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting
officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors
or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an
acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the
program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor
concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate
Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain
strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman
does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source
