US Army TACOM is seeking information from potential sources of railcars for a potential future procurement on a 3 or 5 year contract of approximately 201 EA new railcars (151 EA multi-purpose, 18 EA bi-level automotive, 32 EA COFC (container on flat cars). Please review the purchase description and provide your comments regarding your company's ability to meet the requirements. Please provide these comments and responses to the questions below by the stated deadline. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing TACOM this information will be made.
