D -- EXTEND EXISTING LANIS AND STAEFA ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOL RFP 689-134-98 POC Bruce Fortuna, Contracting Officer, (203) 937-3078 The VA Connecticut Healthcare Care System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Landis & Staefa Inc., 104 Sebethe Drive, Cromwell, CT 06416 to extend a newly installed Landis & Staefa Energy Management Computer System. The new Landis & Staefa Energy Management System was installed under an ongoing Medical Center Modernization Project. This procurement will extend the newly installed system into two existing buildings not currently being renovated under the Modernization Project. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7373. All proposals received within 7 days of the date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
