Villarreal (210)295-4617 (Site Code DADA10) The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Contracting Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 for nonpersonal services to provide installation fielding, training, and maintenance of the Resource Summary Budget System at the U.S. Army MEDCOM Directorate of Resource Management, Program & Budget Division, Fort Sam Houston, Texas in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) number DADA10-98-Q-0834. The government intends to award a firm fixed price Purchase Order as a follow-on order to DADA10-98-P-0037. The Resource Summary Budget System has been maintained by VeArd Computer Research (VCR), Inc., 440 Oakland Avenue, Indiatlantic, Florida 3290. The contractor personnel shall have extensive knowledge of the programs and applications of this comprehensive budget management system. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7371 and Small Business size standard is $18M. The anticipated closing date is within 5 days after RFQ publish date in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD).
