This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a writtten solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) -- 99Q0102. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.5. This is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 7542 and the small business size standard is $5.0M. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a competitive basis, a non-personal service to include all parts, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to provide maintenance on a car wash system located at Bolling AFB, DC.
