This component is applicable to the F100PW100/200 engine. The RFP will call for a Firm-Fixed-Price 5-year Requirements contract with a 3-year base and two-1 year option periods. Government Furnished Materials will be provided. All other tooling,equipment,and facilities will be provided by the contractor. Repairs will be IAW applicable repair T.O.'s. Current anticipated BEQ for the entire period is as follows: (NOTE: 1-16 = year #1 BEQ 16) NSN: 4820-01-095-5359PT P/N: 440977 = 1-16, 2-54, 3-92, 4-55 & 5-18 The government's required delivery schedule is: 30 day turnaround after receipt of reparable assets, delivery order and GFM. The contract will provide for contract support of requirements in excess of government's capacity during upcoming SA-ALC realignment. In addition to meeting "Qualification Requirements" before award of contract, potential offerors must provide a Quality Assurance Manual establishing the existence of a quality system equivalent to ISO 9002. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.202(a) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation.
