Morford, Code 210.10, Contracting Officer, 904/542-1162 This requirement calls for the provision of non-personal services to provide maintenance for all hardware, software, computer peripheral equipment, and system instrumentation as well as operational support the Pollution Control System located at two sites in the Jacksonville, FL area. Services include all parts and labor necessary to keep the system fully operations. Services are to commence within one hour after receipt of a trouble call and are to be provided twenty four hours per day, year round. Services will commence 1 January 1999 for a one year period. The contract will include for one year options to extend the term of the contract. Services will be performed primarily in Government facilities located in the Jacksonville, FL area. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable SIC is 8999 with a size standard of average annual sales over the past three years not in excess of $5.0 million per year.
