FD2060-98-21469, IS INITIATED TO PROCURE THE NECESSARY SUPPLIES AND
SERVICES IN ORDER TO UPGRADE THE ISRAELI AIR FORCE (IAF) ADVANCED RADAR
TEST BENCH SET (ARTBS) AND AVIONICS INTEGRATION BENCH (AIB), TO INCLUDE
TRAINING IAF. OPTION 1: SUPPLIES AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO UPGRADE IAF
HOST COMPUTER AND REHOST RDP AND PSP INTERNAL DIAGNOSTIC CAPABILITY;
OPTION 2: SUPPLIES AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE REPLACEMENT OF
THE 039 TEST STAND HP-1000 HOST COMPUTER; OPTION 3: SUPPLIES AND
SERVICES NECESSARY TO PROVIDE IRE SIMULATION TO ALLOW AN OPERATOR TO
MANUALLY TEST THE PSP TO IRE INTERFACES; OPTION 4: SUPPLIES AND
SERVICES NECESSARY TO REHOST THE EXISTING ARTBS TEST ACCESS MONITOR
CAPABILITY AND PROVIDE A SIMILAR FUNCTIONALITY UNDER THE NEW HOST
COMPUTER SYSTEM; OPTION 5: SUPPLIES AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO REPLACE
WAVEGUIDE SECTIONS ON THE RTBS AS REQUIRED TO REDUCE INSERTION LOSS AND

acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contacting
officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that
are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the
Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or
contracting officer, but communicate serious contractor concerns,
issues disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government
personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict
