The Tourism Development Cabinet, Department of Parks, intends to pursue a contract to develop and operate lodging facilities or lodging and other associated recreational facilities at any or all of the following state park locations: General Burnside State Park, Burnside, KY Grayson Lake State Park, Olive Hill, KY Green River Lake State Park, Campbellsville, KY Kincaid Lake State Park, Falmouth, KY Nolin Lake State Park, Bee Springs, KY Taylorsville Lake State Park, Taylorsville, KY Yatesville Lake State Park, Louisa, KY Mineral Mound, Eddyville, KY As such, the Commonwealth announces that it will entertain expressions of interest from entities for potential private sector development of lodging facilities or lodging and associated recreational facilities on state park property. For additional information, interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Expression of Interest (RFI) by contacting Nancy E. It should be understood that this solicitation is merely a request to determine interest in development of lodging facilities or lodging and associated recreational facilities at the above state park locations, and to assist the Commonwealth in identifying the lodging and other recreational facilities potential at the eight identified state parks and in formulating any Request for Proposals that may result from this RFI. There will be no contracts awarded based on response to this solicitation. Unless identified as proprietary, any information gleaned from responses to this request may later be utilized in the preparation of Request(s) for Proposals in one or more state park locations.
