Exterior work includes demolition and removal, including asbestos containing materials, new concrete entrance ramps, exterior wall repair and restoration and new built-up roofing and flashing to accomodate roof mounted HVAC equipment and electrical equipment. The bid schedule will include a base bid plus four additive items. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
