Lewis, CONTRACTING OFFICER The Huntington District proposes to commercial item procure a Debris Collection Vessel with Trailer and Shore Conveyor from United Marine International LLC. Delivery within 120 days from award. The vessel must be able to: (1) Collect and remove floating debris by means of a collection and loading system capable of handling logs up to 48 inch diameter and 50 foot length; (2) Store this removed debris on the vessel until maximum storage capability of 700 cubic feet or 12,000 pounds occurs; and (3) Unload the removed debris from the vessel without second handling by separate materials handling devices. Overall dimensions and weight of the vessel shall not exeed the following: Length 50 feet, Width (operating 16 feet) (shipping 11 feet 11 inches), Height (operating 14 feet) (shipping 9 feet), and Wighth 24,000 pounds.
