The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends a sealed bid with special standards of responsibility to procure a Cable Assembly Microphone, NSN: 5965-01-419-8200 IAW Part Number A3206363-M-172/VRC. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The Statement of Work, Product Specification and Description of Item will be issued with the solicitation. All interested bidders will be requested to sign a non-disclosure form before the government can provide the drawing package. This is due to the government limited data rights issue with the original manufacturer. An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of three basic years and two (2) option years is anticipated. The estimated maximum quantity for the Basic three (3) year period is 900 each. The estimated minimum quantity for each option year 300 each. The contract will have a minimum guarantee quantity of 100 each at award.
