The Executone Telephone Equipment is the only brand that will be compatible and interface with existing Randolph AFB telephone equipment as researched by the Air Force. "Or Equals" will not be accepted. Interested parties capable of providing the above, must submit written price quotes to include discount terms, shipment terms, technical data supporting requirement, past performance information, and firm evidence of their ability to perform. Offeror must provide cage code and ensure that they are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors are advised that the final rule implementing CCR in DOD was effective 1 Jun 98. After 1 Jun 98, awards can only be made to contractors that are registered in the CCR. All responses will be fully considered. Award will be made under simplified acquisition procedures, evaluation procedures IAW FAR 13.106-2 will be used. Award shall be made to that responsible offeror submitting a proposal that provides the Best Value to the Government. Award will be based on total aggregate and will not be awarded as a multiple award.
