The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the lamp to be used with the conversion kit. With regard to the use of a specific lamp with the conversion kit, clarification is provided as follows: The use of lamp #4546 or lamp #7613 is allowed in the conversion kit as long as all requirements for form, fit, function and performance are met (for example, must fit in existing MIL-DTL lantern housing, provide four (4) hours of lighting when fully charged, require 12 hours or less to recharge from full discharge, etc).
