East, Arlington, Texas 76011, for Watkins Terrance Housing at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The requirement is for the installation of Grounds for Play playground equipment to be provided as GFE. The safety of the playground equipment correlates to the installation of concrete, landscaping, surfacing material, misting and fencing and the installation of the equipment. The installation must meet the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines.
