The item description is as follows: NonPersonal Service to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation, facilities necessary to upgrade night vision goggles. There is one (1) line item included in this solicitation. The work has to be performed by no later than 30 Sep 98. UpgradeF4949C night vision goggles to the Omni IV with (2) F9800N image intensifiers (hand picked), (2) leaky green OBJ lens assembly, and (2) 25mm eyepieces.
