Work will include demolishing a pile supported concrete slab; demolition & excavation; upgrading of associated piping; installation of a new concrete slab; installation of necessary overfill protection, cathodic protection & alarms; & properly disposing of all materials removed including the tank, piping, contaminated soil, etc. Bidders are to submit references with names & phone numbers for at least five underground storage tank projects with similar scope of work (greater than 5,000 gallon capacity) performed over the past three years.
