The central monitoring station location is an existing building manned 24 hours a day. This project is located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) at Artesia, New Mexico. This is an unrestricted procurement with a magnitude of $250,000 to $500,000; all eligible firms can bid. A five month performance period is provided.
