A sole source contract with Applied Materials is intended for: maintainance and repair of the AMAT 5000 series fabrication systems to the original equipment manufacture's specifications. The service shall include corrective maintenance, replacement of consumable parts and monthly preventive maintenance. The following systems shall be covered: AMAT 5000-5103, AMAT 5000-A186, AMAT 5000-A185, AMAT 5000- 7382 and AMAT 5500-P096. The contractor shall provide all nonconsumable parts required to correct any system malfunction. These parts must be exactly those specified by the original equipment manufacture. Monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual preventive maintenance programs are required.
