Air Systems Command intends to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement
(BOA) with Rolls Royce Allison Engine Company to order engineering,
maintenance support items, repair items, and contractor field services
for the AE1107C (the re-designated V-22 EMD T406-AD-400 engine)
production engine, retrofit of T406-AD-400 EMD engines to AE1107C
production engine configuration and spares for the V-22 aircraft
engine. Orders will include but are not limited to: support equipment
for engine procurement; support equipment modification and repair;
support equipment for engine repair; spare and repair parts for
modification; spare and repair parts for the Organizational Parts List
(OPL); Repair of Repairables (ROR) for modifications; war reserve
pack-ups; engine container repair and modifications; retrofit kits for
T406 engines: installation of retrofit kits; retrofit kits for spare
parts; engineering prototyping; engineering prototyping and testing;
engineering studies/ investigations; design, manufacture, assembly,
flight test and prototypes for verification of Engineering Change
Proposals (ECPs); and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to support
items ordered under this BOA. Only Allison has data and expertise to
perform orders under the proposed BOA. It is anticipated that award of
