The Naval Air Systems Command intends to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Rolls Royce Allison Engine Company to order engineering, maintenance support items, repair items, and contractor field services for the AE1107C (the re-designated V-22 EMD T406-AD-400 engine) production engine, retrofit of T406-AD-400 EMD engines to AE1107C production engine configuration and spares for the V-22 aircraft engine. Orders will include but are not limited to: support equipment for engine procurement; support equipment modification and repair; support equipment for engine repair; spare and repair parts for modification; spare and repair parts for the Organizational Parts List (OPL); Repair of Repairables (ROR) for modifications; war reserve pack-ups; engine container repair and modifications; retrofit kits for T406 engines: installation of retrofit kits; retrofit kits for spare parts; engineering prototyping; engineering prototyping and testing; engineering studies/ investigations; design, manufacture, assembly, flight test and prototypes for verification of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs); and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to support items ordered under this BOA.
