The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire, at no cost to the Government, Civilian Enterprise Publications from interested publishers to produce a Base Guide and Visitors Map containing information regarding command mission, installation, community services available, local geography, history and related information for the Naval Training Center Public Affairs Office Great Lakes, Il. Period of performance will be for one year from date of award with five one year options. Delivery of the guides and maps will be on an annual basis with a minimum quantity of 15,000 Guides, 1,000 VIP editions, and 25,000 maps per year. Proposals will be evaluated on a competitive basis with criteria established in the solicitation consisting of Technical and Production Capability, Services and or Items Offered, Past Performance Record, and Management Approach. Award will be made to the firm whose evaluated offer is determined to be most advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia.
