Construction consists of vehicle drive- through concrete "birdbaths" equipped with high pressure water canons. Work includes rock removal and earthwork, and construction of sand filter system, sedimentation chamber and drying bed, equalization and water supply basins, oil-water separator, associated pumps, pump house, piping, lighting, asphalt paving and curbing, concrete joint repair. AVAILABILITY: The bid solicitation for this project will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) CD-ROM format only. EBS disks will be available in or about 14 Oct 98 at no charge per set.
