The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to issue a purchase order to LEGI-SLATE of Washington, DC to renew the on-line access to the LEGI-SLATE Congressional Service bill tracking system that provides a complete history of all bills resolutions and news for the period October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999. The renewal service shall include the following categories: Basic Congressional days service and Optional Features; Testimony and Transcripts; Regulatory; United States Code; Legi-Slate News Services; The Washington Post; National Journal and the Congressional Quarterly. LEGI-SLATE is the only known source of this service. However, other vendors capable of providing this service are invited to submit complete information, pricing, descriptive literature (GSA Schedules if applicable) within 15 days after date of this publication. Any such qualified vendors will be considered when a request for pricing is issued. This is not a request for proposal or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this publication.
