The PRDA requirements as they appear on the P-LOCAAS home page are modified as follows: SECTION D -- PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS, paragraph (1) General; Delete the following sentence "Contractor shall provide the Government the access to the Contractor's RAMS database". After the sentence, "Preparation guidance may be obtained from Chapter 3 of the PRDA guide." add the following "Specific proposal preparation instructions stated in this PRDA shall take precedence over the general proposal guidance found in the PRDA guide". After the sentence, "Proposals shall be submitted in an original, 10 paper copies, and an electronic version in Microsoft Word." add "Pricing proposals shall be submitted in Microsoft Excel." Paragraph (3) Technical Proposal, the page length specified for the Statement of Work is changed from 10, to 13 pages. SECTION E PROPOSAL EVALUATION, paragraph (1)(e), is changed to read "capability to design, fabricate, and test GTVs, consistent with the proposed tactical design and concept definition". Paragraph (1)(h) is changed to read "capability to fly tactically sized Control Test Vehicle (CTV)". Note: All modifications to this PRDA shall be posted on the P-LOCAAS home page located at http://eglinpk.eglin.af.mil/OPS/LOCAAS.htm.
