Craft Primary Care Center) to Building 1 at the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Design considerations will include, but not necessarily be limited to: Space allocations and assignment; Space layout; Accessibiity for the disabled; Foundations; Roof; Walls and doors; Suspended ceilings; Floor coverings; Lighting and electrical outlets; Elevators; Communications including telephones, computer systems, alarms, etc.; Heating, ventilation and air conditioning; Plumbing and fixtures; Fire alarms; Fire sprinklers; Continued Medical Center operation during construction.
