At 1530 Hrs, PST, 18 Sep 98, the decision was made to postpone the due date for this solicitation because of a discrepancy in the published Commerce Business Daily synopsis and the site visit minutes for duct cleaning posted on the 99th Contracting Squadron Home Page. Following the statement in the site visit minutes that reads "The previous award was made to Air Control Technologies and the total award price was $7,580," the statement "The requirement was not significantly changed from the current order" is removed. There is a significant change to this order. Bldg. 10210, which include six roof-venting dryers, is a new requirement and is added to the current solicitation. The addition of Bldg. 465A and 465B to the order, and the clarification of requirements, changing annual and semiannual to November and April, are not changes from the previous award. The quotes are due and must be received by 1230 Hrs, PST, 25 Sep 98.
