The purpose is to extend the capabilities and install an Andover System to create an operational system in 11 buildings located at Humphreys Engineer Center, 7701 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA 22315-3860. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Government requirements. All work shall take place during normal Corps working hous (7:00am -- 3:30pm). The extension portion of the work shall be installed in designated locations only. Proof of U.S. Citizenship will be required by all persons performing work in two of the buildings.
