Flannagan Dam and North Fork of Pound Lake, Virginia. Approximate time will be calendar year 1999 with four (4) additional option periods. The work consists of essentially of mowing, cleaning, and selected maintenance services in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Experience and Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Cost. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered.
