This project consist of the construction of one brick 4-unit flush type comfort station located adjacent to and just to the southeast of the existing Nordic Center building. The works includes structural excavation for the building and the water, sewer and electrical lines, and installation of the facilities. Also included will be the final landscape grading around the comfort station building and walkways to it from existing walkwys. Also included will be measures to winterize the structure for year round operation. And, finally the work will include slurry sealing the parking lot and striping the parking stall areas. This project is located up at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon near Brightion, Utah. This procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans will be available at a $15 non-refundable charge.
