AH-64 TADS/PNVS Systems Level Testing requires technical services to ensure procurement of qualified and operational equipment for the peculiar TADS/PNVS system on the AH-64 A and D model Apache helicopters, an important step in the acquisition process. The Government intends to award a modification to Contract DAAJ09-97-C-0041 to sole source contractor Lockheed Martin Corporation, Electronics and Missiles, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907 under the authority and Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package and no solicitation will be issued. This is a follow-on requirement for the TADS/PNVS Depot Repair requirements. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which sall be considered by this agency.
