Waco for the completion of production/installation of the ABNCP modification will also include: 1)stripping and painting of the aircraft in conjunction with the modification, and 2)contractor engineering and technical services. As the sole designer and integrator of both the Avionics Block Upgrade (ABU) and Airborne Command Post(ABNCP)systems, Raytheon E-Systems, Inc. is the only firm with the requisite technical expertise to support a simultaneous production and installations in the required timeframe.
