NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Annapolis Micro Systems, Inc. on a sole source basis as they are the only known distributor of these products. The authority is 10U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 22.
