This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items, prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with addtional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, number N00259-98-Q-0338, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and cluases are those in effect throught FAC 97-05. This request is for an on-site full service and corrective maintenance contract to include all parts, labor, transportation and unlimited corrective maintenance for the following government owned equipment: (1) Render Plan 3D Treatment Planning Computer Model: SGI Indigo-2, Extreme Workstation R4400 (Station I) Serial 04640 (2) Render Plan 3D Treatment Planning Computer Model: SGI Indigo-2, Extreme Workstation R4400 (Station II) Serial 010587. Period of Performance 1 Oct 98 thru 30 Sep 99. Statement of Work will be provided upon request by contracting Carol Eberhard at 619/532-8089.
