This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award shall be made in the aggregrate. The solicitation number is F11623-98-T2386. The government intends to award on sole-source basis. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in efect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular, (FAC) 97-306. This is unrestricted. A description follows: Services, nonpersonal; contractor to provide all personnel, labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to perform in accordance with the statement of work. line 0001) provide (1) each server with OS Mirrored Drives 256 Meg RAM;(2) JOSAAMS server backup power supply (UPS) 3) Travel; 4) 2.2 full time equivalents for six (6) months. The contractor shall provide a map based scheduling aid for viewing scheduled operational support airlift (OSA) missions prior to execution. This tool will graphically display the itinerary of scheduled, pre-exectution, Continental United States (CONUS) OSA missions, for user selected periods, overlaid on a map of CONUS. Contractor MUST BE ABLE to deliver systems software compatible with ORACLE database. An award will be made no later than 30 SEP 98. Delivery time, 6 (mos).
