S -- Contractor shall provide three containers and service a waste collection station at Rock Island Arsenal (RIA). Waste products will be deposited in containers at the collection station by RIA personnel. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all proper permits. The contractor shall pick up waste containers, transport to a licensed dump site, and dispose of waste at that site. The estimated quantity of special waste to be generated is 120 tons per month. Contract period is 1 January 1999 -- 31 December 1999, with two option years. Set of specifications will be furnished at no cost. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
