Jackson, Contracting Officer, AMSAV-AC-AV-A (256) 313-4061 The Government proposes to acquire services to complete design, fabricate, and install 18 TADS/PNVS modification kits, and support test on AH-64 Helicopter to eliminate electromagnetic interference from the HF Radio. The proposed acquisition will serve as an interim fix to correct a problem that renders the TADS/PNVS ineffective during the operation of the HF Radio. The Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1.
