This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals are hereby requested inder RFP N00189-98-r-0122. This RFP incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05. FISC Hampton Roads Detachment intends to purchase the following: 1 ea. air compressor, model C-5R5B-75A, NSN 4310-01-353-6128, per drawing D2449 and 1 ea. air compressor, model 2JS2B-150B, NSN 4310-01-184-3970, per drawing D1590/1. Numbered Note 22 applies. Delivery is FOB destination SIMA Norfolk. All offers proposing other than FOB destination may be ineligible for award. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial andFAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. At a minimum, offers should provide this office with the following: a price proposal on letterhead or a SF 1449 for the requested items; Include unit price, extended price and total price proposed.
