The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation dated 24 June 1997. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a full and open competitive basis the following items: Guest Arm Chair, quantity of 504, meeting the following specifications: dimensions- 23"D X 23"W X 34"H; seat depth- 17"; frame- heavy gauge welded steel tubing, gray steel finish in baked enamel, welded base with four legs; upholstery- black vinyl with two cushions. Delivery to the Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL required no earlier than 11 Jan 99 and no later than 29 Jan 99. FAR 52.212-1 is applicable. Note: offeror's attention is specifically directed to paragraph (b) (11) of this clause. A statement complying with this paragraph must be included in the quotation. FAR 52.212-4 is applicable.
