Edwards, Contracting Officer, (414) 902-5418 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Great Lakes Acquisition Center, Milwaukee, WI, is soliciting responsible sources interested in providing Mobile Computerized Tomography (CT) Scanner Services on a per scan basis, at the VA Medical Center, 500 East Veterans Drive, Tomah, WI 54660. The contractor will be responsible for providing on-site mobile CT Scanner Services for a period of one year from date of award. This requirement has two additional one-year performance periods at the option of the Government. These services include, but are not limited to, providing a registered, certified Radiological Technologist to perform necessary scans. Furnish a permanent print of each CT scan performed at and to the VA Tomah Radiology Service. Cost of procedures shall be based upon the 1998 Wisconsin Medicare Fee Schedule.
